Not me, but everyone else lining up in Central Park to get tickets for Shakespeare in the Park was quite enthusiastic. The play we watched, or the play I desperately tried to keep my eyes open to, is called As You Like It. The stage was set in 1800’s with a western theme, and was backed by live music from the actors and actresses. They all played banjos, harmonicas, and guitars.
The line extends far behind me. You see the people near the front? Probably not. But if my camera could bend light and shoot around the curve, then you’d see the people at the front. I asked those people what time they started lining up for the tickets that were being distributed at 1:00 p.m that day. Guess what time, did you guess? Guess.
